The staff were all very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities such as a large TV and Nespresso coffee machine. The bed and pillows were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here and will definitely be coming back.

I thought the rooms were fantastic. I understand they have recently been refurbished and couldn't have been happier with the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows, great service and reasonably priced. Will definetly use Holiday Inn on Flinders next time I come to Melbourne.

Good location, easy to find.
First room allocated to us on floor 7 smelt disgusting, had a bad smell like damp wet towels left for hours. On advising staff we were moved to another room without any fuss, other room much better.

Location close to southbank restaurants, very easy check-in having booked room through Booked.net. Hotel was vey quiet
Toilet had very weak flushing pressure, Confusion when checking out and paying for room. Had nominated credit card details when booking on-line, but there was some problem with the card at reception and I had to use another method to pay. I expected the nominated card to be debited at check out, as the hotel had all card details available.

The room needed to be renovated and therefore overpriced.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with a free tram right next to it that takes you straight to the tennis tournament. It is also conveniently close to the riverside and just a stone's throw away from a railway track. The rooms are spacious and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views. The bathrooms are small but sleek, with sliding doors and a night light. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a variety of options, including an egg station.
The lighting in the bedrooms is not well done, with extremely bright lights over each bed that cannot be dimmed.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main train station, making it extremely convenient for us to explore the area. The staff were exceptional and greeted us with warmth and genuine interest. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large and comfortable bed. We were delighted to find a wide range of channels on the TV, including sports and movies. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. the value for money was exceptional considering the prime location and the high-quality amenities provided.
No negative aspect found. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

That the mini bar was empty apart from some milk. The laundry washing machine and dryer were excellent to use.
The light in the laundry kept going off by timer which is annoying while you are trying to read the paper or a book.

The hotel was central to everything and easy to find/get to. The staff were helpful, the hotel was reasonably priced and the rooms confortable and generous in size.
There was a slight issue on check-out. We were charged twice and the person fixing the error felt the need to make an example of the person who made the genuine mistake in front of me, which was just unprofessional. Mistakes happen and everyone understands that. It's what you do to correct it afterwards that shows the true measure of a business.

The hotel boasts of excellent service and great facilities, including a fitness center with a spin bike and a pool area perfect for families with children. The location is slightly away from the main shopping area, but it's really close to the free city circle tram and within a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and pubs. Some rooms provide scenic, leafy green views and are spacious enough to be comfortable.
Some reviews caution travelers about the location, which can be a bit dodgy at night.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo for 3 nights during a family trip to Melbourne. The room was great and my son loved the double bed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed and pillows. They were by far the best we've experienced in any hotel. The room also had a massive TV, block out blinds, and excellent service. The breakfast options were great, and the restaurant meals were delicious. There was no outside noise, and the location would have been perfect if it weren't for the temporary construction on Spencer St. Once the roadworks are finished, it will be even better.
Our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
